The Carlton Sloman Group was established, originally in 1990, with the objective of serving the specific needs of three sectors: Telecoms, Information Technology and Finance.

Since then, we have extended our sector coverage and now provide our services in most areas of industry and commerce.

Whilst our client base includes both large plcs and start-ups, we have specifically targeted our services at two areas:

  • The small to medium sized organisations which do not yet require a full time HR Manager/Department but nevertheless need to operate within the framework of employment legislation and best practice - including maximising the potential of their employees; and

  • Larger and growing companies which need short-term assistance to supplement their existing resources for specific projects such as recruitment campaigns, staff attitude surveys and training.

Our Partners and Consultants each have extensive experience in Human Resource Management, gained from working with leading organisations in various industry sectors. Our clients, therefore, enjoy working with individuals who understand their business and who are involved in the project from briefing right through to its successful completion.
