Our services encompass each of the key areas of human resource management and training and development. We appreciate that companies, at different stages of their development, have different demands. Our approach allows clients to utilise our skills as they see fit, whilst enabling them to remain 'in control'. Nonetheless, we have identified a pattern of needs, which often reflects the size of the company we are working with.

Typically, start-ups and small companies have yet to establish their own in-house HR functions. In these situations we act as the client's own HR function, either in all aspects or just for one or two specific elements such as employment documentation or recruitment. This approach enables companies to have their own specialist HR function without the burden of fixed overhead internal costs.

As companies develop they need to establish their own in-house HR departments. We can provide expert advice and assist companies to set-up their own internal HR function by identifying and recruiting the right people. We then continue the relationship by providing specific support to complement the skills of the in-house person or team.

Larger companies generally have their own HR teams. For these clients, our services tend to be of a more consultative nature. For example, a company may require an independent analysis of a particular issue or need a specific project handled urgently or confidentially. In such cases, it is our expert advice and guidance that the client is seeking.
