Training and Development - realising
potential
A key challenge for companies is assisting employees to optimise
their contribution and potential whilst building loyalty
and commitment to the company. With the move away from the 'job for
life' culture, workers have become part of a highly flexible workforce,
often selling their skills to the highest bidder. In addition to maximising
